Have you ever tried to read the history of contraception & birth control? 
The world has a long history!
4k (4000) yr ago it was saved as a documentation in Egyptian papyrus, the prescription of contraception, when most probably no modern medical science existed.
The oldest history of our ancestors started .
Then things progressed.
 Then the world has gone through a lot of search,trail & error.
Nothing comes in one day actually 🙂
Dr. CONDUM was the 1st physician who invented the condom & recommended it to King Charles 2(1660-85)
In the 11th century IUD came via an Arabic scientist.
 He followed an observation on camel & applied it on humans .
Then in 1912 for the " Magic pill" movement at New York one nurse got imprisonment. Birth control was not a law or legal advice then. So she faced it unfortunately. Her name is Margaret last Sanger.
Then came the book " Married Love " in 1918 in England by Dr. Marie Stopes to fire the movement of contraception & birth control.
1929 estrogen isolated first by Doisy & 1938 ethinyl estradiol was synthesized in 1938.
In 1941 the concept of progesterone came from a wild Mexican plant by Russel Market , the 1st historical kickstart on hormonal birth control.
1951 By Djessary & pincus the 1st artificially synthetic progesterone came & it's use of confirmed.
In 1954 ,1st successful human trials were done.
In,1956 "medical fertility control is possible" the milestone got a verified stamp .
In 1959 ,USA approved the medication officially.
POP released in 1971 
From illegal, prison to legal &mandatory law .
Till then so far....
So now officially it's 2025 nov 26

Women's  Safety   


Everyone should feel safe in this world .
But sometimes it can be seen that somehow a huge amount of women feel unsafe & face a lot of problems regarding safety .

So today I'm sharing this blog regarding "Women's  Safety"


So here the 1st question evolves like 

What a Woman should do for her Safety ?

OK let's talk about it. 

So here my tips goes on :

○Woman must have all the emergency number with them & whats app also if possible so that they can immediately tell to their family members and police

Hold your bags tightly while you are using public transport .You can use it to hit your predators .

○When you are in road keep your mobile phone handy but avoid using it . Being on phone can make you less alert .

○When you are traveling in auto alone, make sure you share the auto number with someone in your family even if it's during the day. 

○Similarly if you booked a car always share your coordinate with someone .

○When in office avoid to go in isolated areas with no CCTV

○If you have parked your car always look underneath ,especially at night or at less crowded areas .

○When you posting on social media make sure you don't share it at real time.

●Because if you do you are telling people about your whereabouts.  Delay those posts by say  20-30 min.

○Always ensure you don't post anything about your address or phone number in your social media

○Whenever you're giving your order for delivery  at a grocery store , make sure you whisper your address or write it down somewhere & give it to the shopkeeper . Never announce it. 

○Whenever  You are getting your phone recharged , if it's at a store don't loudly speak up your phone number. 

○Always pour your own drinks at parties & don't ever take drinks from complete stranger or even friends .If you have left your drink unattended for even a few minutes , leave it & get a fresh drink.  It may have been spiked when you were not looking. 

○If you find that someone is stalking you ,try to find a crowded place & call someone for help. 

Self defense techniques are the first & foremost thing to which each & every woman must be aware of & get proper self defense training for their safety. 

They must be aware of some defense techniques such as 

●kick to groin 
●blocking punches 

Etc. 

○ Generally most of the women are gifted with sixth sense which they should  use whenever they become in trouble  . They should at once  avoid situation which they feel bad for them . 

  • Escape & run is also a good way to reduce some risks of women whenever they become in problem .
They should never go with any unknown person alone at some unknown places .
  • Women must understand & feel their physical power & use accordingly . They never feel themselves weak than men & take some self defence training .

  • They  should be careful while communication with someone on internet in the cyberspace .

  • Pepper spray can also  be proved as a useful self-defence tool however it has a drawback that some people cannot be harmed through it even after full-face spray.
It may not stop the attacker so women should not depend on it completely & use other techniques also.
  • Women should be very conscious while driving the car &  going to any trip. They must lock all the doors of car while travelling with own or private car .

Conclusion : 

Women safety is a big social issue which needs to be solved urgently by the effort of all. It's inhibiting the ground of growth & development of many one by physicalmental & social way .

A. Honey 
Take some honey & mix it with little water 
Just make a easy drink. 
Or just simply take a table spoon honey .

B. Carrots
 (vit A & beta carotene)
Use carrots as salads or use it as a breakfast sandwich pudding .
You can also take carrot juice or make a curry with it.

C. Sweet potato
(vit A & beta carotene)
You can use it as such like simply making curry, pudding or salad etc by using it .


D. Dairy products 
( Vit B12, iron, zinc, omega 6, fatty acids, biotin, Vit B7 ) 
It's also renowned food products.
E. Eggs 
( Vit B12, iron, zinc, omega 6, fatty acids) 
It's easier to use it as a food.
F. Oats 
(fibers, zinc, iron omega6 , PUFA ) 
Easy to make it & surve quickly.

G. Lentils
(iron, zinc, biotin, folic acid )
It increases RBC , thus O2 supply to hair roots also gets increase.

H. Salmon 
(omega 3, protein, Vitamins )
Helpful to synthesis keratin proteins that is a kNow it's not only remedies guys,
I have an amazing diet plan to share as it's also a part of maintaining self & get a better result.🤩
I. Nuts & seeds 
(omega 3, omega 6)
Dry or ripe all types of nuts you can use like 
Walnut, Flaxseed, Grape seed, Sunflower ,Sesame etc .
J. Spinach 
(Iron, Vit C, Vit, D) 
You can make a salad with it by little use of egg or mushrooms & then toss it properly to prepare well. 
Or simply use it as Curry or green vegetables soup or as per your requirements.
K. Oysters 
(zinc) Cooking it well just surve quickly and easily get the amazing tasty flavors along with a better beautiful corner .😀
L. Oils
Last but not the least 😀
Though you are maintaining diet plan but still I can say yes you can use a little bit oil in your food as it's also helpful from some corners.

Easy home remedies for hair falls 🤩

Suffering from hair falls. 🤔

Up's there's some easy & affordable home remedies for all of you guys!! 🤩
 💖

A. Onion juice 

Onion is a useful ingredient for this purpose. 
It contains sulphur. 

Steps -
1. Take a onion. 
2. Chopping it well take it's juicy liquid in a bowl. 
3. Apply it on scalp and massage gently for few minutes. 
4. After 15 minutes wash it with shampoo. 
5. Let your hair dry to see the results.

B.  Garlic Juice

Ok so then it's can be a helpful ingredient for you 🤩

Steps -
1. Take few cloves of Garlic .
2 .  Add coconut oil with it & boil the mixture mildly .
3. Let it cool down properly
4.  Apply it on scalp & hair then gently massage with your hands .
5. Leave it as such  up-to 25-30 minutes .
6. Then wash your hair properly with shampoo & let it dry to see the results .


 C. Egg whites 


Egg is a very rich source of protein & different  useful minerals .

Steps -
1. Take the egg whites.
2. Make a pest by mixing some olive oil with it.
3. Use it on hair & scalp
4. Take it as such up-to 15-20 minutes .
5. Wash it with shampoo and cool water.

Aww A better result is waiting for you 🤩


D. Coconut oil

It contains proteins ,minerals, fats that are some essential ingredient for hair growth & can reduce hair falls.

Steps -
1. Take some coconut oil.
2. Warm it little.
3. Then cool it down & gently massage on hair & scalp.
4. Or if you simply want to use it then at night  use it on you scalp & hair specially at the thinning or balding part.


 E. Alovera Gel 


It has very good enzymatic activities & good impact for this purpose.

Steps -
1. Take some alovera gel.
2. Apply it on hair & scalp by gentle massage .
3. Or you can take a tea spoon of alovera gel on empty stomach for better result.


 F. Licorice Root 


It's also an useable  herbal ingredient .

Steps -
1. Take some ground licorice root .
2. Make a pest  by adding some saffron & fresh milk with it.
3. Apply it on bald part & keeping overnight as such.
4. Wash your hair properly.
5. You can also take licorice tea as an alternative.


G. Hibiscus 🌺

It's can be used as an easy remedy.

Steps -
1. Crush a few hibiscus flower.
2. Add some oil with it to make a pest.
3. Applying on scalp massage gently for few minutes & keep it as such up-to 1hour
4. Then wash it with shampoo .
Wait to see the results.


 H. Henna 


It's  an useable ingredient to give you some better result.

Steps -
1. Take 250 ml oil & 60g dry   henna leaves.
2. Mix it & boil until the leaves burn
3. Now your henna pack is ready to use.
4. Applying it at scalp massage gently & let it be as such until it gets dry
5. Alternatively you can take henna powder and curd mixture as a easy  pack to apply as such .
6. After 1hour wash it properly with shampoo .
Ok  then wait as now it's time to get a good result .


I. Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

It contains vit c & antioxidants property so it useable ingredient for this purpose .

Steps -
1. Take amla juice or simply amla powder.
2. Mix it with lemon juice to make a pest.
3. Applying it on scalp massage gently & wait until it's getting dry.
4. Then wash it with shampoo & luke warm water .

Hygienetrual hygiene

Menstruation is a very common phenomenon appears to females.
It starts from 12-13yr. Sometimes may be due to some reason thears a delay in its starting. The appearance of it at 1st time is called menarche.
Menstrual cycle occurs in a 28 day cyclic manners. In this cycle 1st 1-4/5 day is menstrual phage. During this menstruation occurs. & at this time break down of endometrium leads to a cause of menstrual blood flow. Due to lack of estrogen & some other hormones it happens.
Now it's important for a female to take care & continue the maintenance of menstrual hygiene at this menstrual period to possess a healthy lifestyle & self well being .
For that purpose one can take this following steps .
1. Always use sanitary napkins to escape any infection.
2. Wash your hands after using pads & after toilet.
3. Wash your external genitalia ( secret organelle) with having some medicinal / ayurvadic /herbal soap / cleanser or you may use gel/liquid like v-wash etc. Now a days a lot of these kind of formulation available in market.
4. Don't forget to make a proper disposal of your sanitary napkins. Just wrap it with paper or biodegradable disposable bags & put it in dustbin. Cation: don't flush pads.
5. Drink a sufficient amount of water as it's important to maintain blood flow smooth & make you hydrated.
6. Take healthy & hygienic food, fresh vegetables, fruits , milk as you need appreciate amount of nutrition at this time.
7. Avoid heavy exercise as it may be painful at this time. But you can continue mild exercise like walking , Youga etc
8. Avoid sexual intercourse during this time.
9. If you feel heavy pain then take consultation from a medical professional . Cation : don't ignore any problems regarding this matter as it may be a cause of heavy problem later.
Anyways thus you can continue your hygiene & possese a healthy lifestyle during this time.

How many people are aware of this fact? 
Most of just speaking.

That's hampers their mental & psychological well being. 
They fear to accept truth & trying to indulge in the social platforms to just prove themselves that how happy they are. 
But Up's that's actually not right! 
Besides there's some people who don't found their family members to be understanding. 
Due to pursuing a busy professional life 
Some parents find it hard to give their child proper attention ..
It's creating a lack of communication and 
Children find them alone. 
Consequently they fall in different kinds of addiction & committing different unnecessary things. 
It's hampering their adolescent phage! 
So lack of communication! 
It's also affecting their understanding & the child trying to make some boundaries and the distance between parents and child goes on! 
Is n't a bitter truth?
